Customer Service What is the warranty and return policy for items purchased through the JVC Store? All JVC products purchased through the online JVC Store are protected by the JVC warranty. Please go to our Support section of our site to view the warranty period of our products. Accessory items have a 90 day warranty period. Don’t forget to register your warranty. If there is a problem with your product, send an e-mail to the Order Management Team. What do I do if my order doesn’t arrive/ is incorrect? Please notify JVC Canada right away if your order does not arrive after an extended period of time, or if you receive any incorrect items. We will be happy to track down your order or to rectify any errors which may have occurred during shipment. Send all inquiries to the Order Management Team at order.management@jvc.ca. Returns Policy JVC Canada makes every effort to ensure your satisfaction with the products we sell. JVC Canada has a 30-day return policy based on the date of invoice by JVC for products purchased directly from JVC on this Web site. All returns must be pre-authorized by obtaining a return authorization number (RA#) from the JVC Order Management Team at 416-293-1311 or e-mail order.management@jvc.ca. In the case of a merchandise return, shipping costs are non-refundable. Products returned must be in their complete original packaging, complete with all accessories, components and product literature, in re-saleable condition and the RA# must be noted on the outside of the packaging. A copy of the original packing slip MUST be included with the return shipment. The customer shall prepay all shipping changes and assume all risk of loss or damage to the product returned to JVC. RA#s are valid for 30 days from date of issue. JVC retains the right to refuse acceptance of returns which have an invalid RA# or which are not re-saleable or in their original packaging.
JVC reserves the right to charge you the (non-discounted) list price advertised on the date of purchase on any missing parts or accessories included in the original purchase.
The merchandise being returned must be properly packed and insured. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to merchandise while in transit to JVC.
If opened and/or used, all merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
In the case of a merchandise return, shipping costs are non-refundable.

General What is the JVC Store and how does it work?The JVC Store allows you to order JVC products and accessories with your credit card via the Internet. Use the search function to look for the JVC products and accessories you want. When you click on a product number, you will see more information about this product, including a picture and price. Simply add it to your shopping basket. You can click on your Shopping Basket whenever you like to see what is in your basket and adjust quantities.
You can continue to shop (to add more items to your basket) or proceed to the Check Out. In the Check Out, you will be prompted to enter your billing and shipping information, to select your shipping method, and provide your credit card information. During this process, you will be protected by SSL security.
You will have a chance to confirm your order, then submit it to us. Once submitted, you will receive information regarding your completed sale. You should keep this information so that you can check the status of your order at a later date. If you have any questions, send an email citing your Sales Order Number to the Order Management Team at order.management@jvc.ca. How can I report problems with this site?If you experience any problems with this site, or have any questions, send an email to info@jvc.ca. Be as precise as you can and whenever possible, include the error message you received. Can I place an order internationally?Currently JVC Canada accepts orders for shipment within Canada only. For international orders, we suggest you consult the appropriate JVC web sites. How can I get more detailed information about the accessories?Your JVC dealer is a great resource that you have at your disposal. If the information you want is not posted on the JVC Canada website, visit your local dealer. To search for the dealer nearest you, use our Dealer Search. You can also send an email to our Order Management Team with specific questions. Ordering What if the product I want is out of stock?We make every effort to have stock on all of our products and accessories, but sometimes demand exceeds availability. Your best option is to visit your local JVC dealer. To search for the dealer nearest you, use our Dealer Search. You can also keep checking back with us and order online at a later date. What are the advantages of ordering online? Online ordering offers a more efficient and effective method of placing orders. The system is available to take your order whenever it’s convenient for you. There’s no waiting, no on-hold music, no communication problems and no driving! When you order something from JVC Canada, we gather your name, mailing address, phone number, credit card number and expiration date. This information allows us to fill your order and keep you updated on its progress.

JVC Canada’s Online Store uses cookies to allow us to keep your shopping basket and shipping information for you in case you are unable to complete your purchase for any reason and return at a later time. JVC Canada does not sell or disclose any of your personal information to marketers, periodical publishers or any other outsiders.
Do I have to enter my email address? Will I receive unsolicited email? During the Ordering process, you will be asked for your email address. This is not a required element, and so you need not supply your address to JVC Canada in order to complete your purchase. However, by supplying your email address we can send you information regarding your completed sale that you can use to check the status of your order.
JVC does not sell or disclose any of your personal information to marketers, periodical publishers or any other outsiders. How long will it take before my order arrives?JVC plans to ship your in-stock products and accessories within 2 business days of order processing. Shipping Times to Major CentresThe chart below provides an estimated number of days to deliver your order from the time it is shipped from our warehouse located in Toronto to major Canadian cities in the following provinces. Please remember that rural areas may take a day or two longer. JVC uses Purolator Courier to deliver products ordered from the accessory store. PUROLATOR COURIER DOES NOT DELIVER TO POST OFFICE BOXES. How do I know if my order was placed with JVC Canada?At the end of your order, you will receive a Sales Order Number. This is your assurance that your order was placed successfully. If you supplied your email address, you will also receive this information by email. If you have any further questions about your order, contact the Order Management Team.
